Guides and related technology

We are proud to offer guides and spacers for circular saws, all of superior quality.

Our steel guides are made of a high strength alloy and heat treated in order to obtain maximum surface hardness and protection against rust. The lubrication holes are therefore not obstructed by rust. In addition, this treatment gives a smooth black finish.

Our aluminum guides are anodized, thus increasing their surface hardness up to 50 HRc. All our aluminum guides have solid steel insert in tapped holes.

The lubrication holes are pipe threaded (NPT), thus not needing Teflon.

The straightness of our guide is within  0,0005 po.†

La parallelism between each side of our guide is within  0,0005 po.†

The guide arm thickness is warranted not to exceed the target and not more than 0,0005 po. under it.†

†: Apply only to new guides and spacers.
